Megu (Ba), Ayumu (Vo) were active with their separate bands when Megu, in the Spring of 2002, was attracted to the voice of Ayumu when she sang in the a live house inside the capital. Determined to form a group, "Zwei" was formed in 2003 June. They produced a hybrid of U.K ROCK/J-POP *surprisingly* named Hybrid POP. They create a whole new world of music by adopting various elements and they have the support of many musicians.kkunurashima
Thoughts
Zwei is a interesting band. Ayumu has a high, commanding voice. Her and Megu seem to focus mainly on the rock genre. The background accompianment is fairly simple, but it does help bring out Ayumu’s voice a bit. The song Movie Star has a very complete sound to it and is very good! Enjoy :)akfgfan
