Profile
Born February 17, 1972, Yuki -whose full name is Yuki Isoya- is one of Japans most known vocalists. Before deciding to become a solo artist in 2001, she was a part of the widely known Judy and Mary and the less known NiNa and Mean Machine. She had a baby boy, in 2003 but sadly, he passed away from unknown causes this year.
Known as a strong vocalist, she has enjoyed much sucess in Japans music business, hosting radio programs and appearing regularly in various CMs and ads for such things as makeup and cellphones. She is even a model. She is known for having unique clothing, which shed wear for magazines such as Zipper. SLEEP, a Japanese photography group also uses her as a model.
Most recently, she attained success from her performance of "Dramatic", the opening theme for Hachimitsu to Clover (Honey and Clover), which is taking Japan by storm -Hachimitsu is named as one of the top 3 Shojou Manga at the moment-.

My Thoughts
Yuki is a interesting singer. Her songs tend to have laid back melodies and are pretty slow. I actually think it doesnt fit her voice at all. Her voice is high pitched and nasally. She would sounds a lot better if she focused on upbeat songs where she could use her voice to its full potential.
