Profile

Younha was born April 29th 1988 in the Republic of Korea. Ever since she was four, she fell in love with the piano and music in general. As she grew, she became interested in not only drama shows, but also in other types of music.

But she soon tired of the piano and became entranced with the sheer joy of singing. She then began to audition in hopes of being discovered. When she signed a contract she tried her popularity in Japan and it soon spread there, making a single, "Yubikiri", for the drama Tokyo Wankei Destiny of Love. Soon enough, she did the ending for the anime Bleach and her popularity soared.

Presently she spends time between Korea and Japan. In the future, Younha plans to also debut in Korea!

My Thoughts

I absolutely love Younha! Her music is amazing and she has such a great voice. She is very cute and friendly in person. She also plays the piano while she sings. I definitely recommend her! She’s on her way to becoming a pop queen :D
