In 1993 Sins of the Flesh relocated to Sheffield, a place well-known for its electronic bands, and continued to play at various gothic and industrial events throughout the UK. They also supported bands such as Pop Will Eat Itself, Apollo 440, Spahn Ranch and Switchblade Symphony.
The band seemed to have stopped actvity after 1998, but they had in fact relocated to Osaka, Japan in 2002. They played their first lives in Japan in 2004, appearing at Tokyo Dark Castle and Kobe Underground Festival and returned to both of these events as part of their 7-date tour in 2005. They also appeared on the compilation CD "Kobe Underground Festival 2004-5" later that year.
In 2006 SOTF were featured on the compilation CD "Dark Waters" and 2007 saw them touring in Germany and The Netherlands in association with Astan Magazine. The band also released their double album "Death of the Flesh" in 2007, which features their back catalogue re-mastered as well as new material.
