Born February 21, 1972, Seo Taiji is a famous Korean musician whose popularity has even been compared to that of Michael Jackson in the US.Seo Taiji’s past has always been somehow related to music. When he was 14, he was playing in amateur rock bands, and three years later, he joined a metal group. Of course this meant no time for school, so he dropped out thinking that the concept only ruined children anyways.
In 1991, he formed Seo Taiji and the Boys, a pop-dance group. They enjoyed immense success releasing hit album after hit album regardless of their controversial songs moving from pop to rock to heavy rock to rap. But eventually they broke up in 1997 and Seo Taiji decided to go solo and is still going hot today.

My Thoughts
I wasn’t too impressed with Seo Taiji. He likes to mix singing and rap together in his songs. Its good, but definitely not up to par with recent bands in the same genre like Orange Range.Click to read/add your opinion!
