Profile

After Kuroyume disbanded in 1999, Kiyoharu formed SADS and his own label, "FULL FACE". They toured the UK (4 dates) with the band Symposium in June 1999 and followed that with their debut single "Tokyo".

After the UK tour, Tetsuhiro Tanuma left SADS and they instead worked with Masaru Kobayashi as a session bassist. Their first headline tour, "Smash it Up" was in November and December of 1999 in Japan. On the 7th of December 2000 SADS announced that Masaru would now be an official member of the band. Shortly after this, in March 2001, Masahiro Muta left the band due to "a difference in music style". He was later replaced by Eiji Mitsuzono After releasing their "Greatest Hits ~Best of Five Years~" album, SADS finally disbanded in 2003.

Thoughts

SADS isn’t too bad. The vocals get overdone sometimes, but overall they are good. Their music is also good as well.
