Review
Kimi to Iu Hana is a single that was released prior to Kimi Tsunagi Five M. The song, though, was used as the eleventh track. Kimi to Iu Hana is a single recognized by most people. It won the Best Group Video Award and the music parallels the greatness of the video. The length is of many singles, two songs. The cover art is an interesting bit that has left the listener the job of interpretation. It, quite possibly, could be some of the best cover art out there. It has great LIVE play. Kimi to Iu Hana is a good single to introduce Ajikan to the masses.
Track Listing
1. Kimi to Iu Hana
This song is the single song that had the PV for it. The video consists of Ajikan on a pier and and elf and some other interesting components. It won the Best Group Video award. The music of this song is superb. It utilizes every instrument to its fullest and the vocals are something else. Gotohs singing has power and matches the music well. The gibberish sung at the end of the song is a necessary greatness. The LIVE play is stunning and the subtle changes to the song make it more interesting. The length of this song is 6:10 minutes; its a pretty long song. But this allows much room for repetition and abrupt changes in the music. This song is a song that has done a good job against all other Ajikan songs and is still a favorite.
Rating: [10/10]
2. Rocket No. 4
The transition from Kimi to Iu Hana is a good one. They seem as if they belong together. Rocket No. 4 was also placed on the Album Feedback File as the second track. This is not one of the most famous songs. Many fans who casually listen have overlooked these sorts of songs that have little fame. At 3:42 minutes, this song seems as though its just a song to fill up the single. But, Rocket No. 4 is a song that deserves recognition. It sounds like the usual rock of Ajikan with heavy guitars. It begins with Gotohs powerful vocals and transitions into heavier rock with Kitas back vocals. Towards the end, there is a slower part that creates good diversity in the song. It is an interesting song that deserves its place in Ajikans Fans hearts.
