Review
Just recently Ive been getting into metal, so I figured Id review one of my favorite metal bands: Sabbrabells. I think overall Dog Fight is a very solid metal album with a lot of obvious 80s influences. One of the only problems I had listening to the album though is that the vocals can sound nearly distorted due to the fact that this album was released a long ways back and hasnt been remastered. Other than that though, everything about this album is great! The songs flow well, and there is a nice variety between each song. Another thing that sticks out in this album is the usage of dual guitars. Out of the albums four songs, Id have to say Dog Fight is the best song on the album. Its a very memorable metal anthem with a dark theme. You can really hear the dual guitars working in this song, and it really makes it stand out in my mind. When I hear metal a lot of it sounds the same to me and Ill stop listening, but I find myself listening to this song over and over! Its the grand finale of the album. Anyway, if you like classic 80s metal with dark/satanic overtones then Id say this is your album.
