My Review of the CD
Blizard is an older band that usually plays heavy metal and thrash metal, and I believe they are no longer together. The songs are really catchy, which is all that can really be said about them. Okay, I can say more. Some very awesome drumming and drum solos cover some songs, with great riffs, and some good bass lines. The vocals are good and rather typical of older Japanese heavy metal and older rock. If you cant picture how he sounds, then you need to listen to more 70s and 80s heavy metal, as its hard to describe with words (theres a clear difference). Either way, theyre good vocals, although sometimes I wonder if his lung capacity is limited because he never holds a note for long. The lyrics are easily understandable and, unlike American heavy metal, dont tend to sing about women and drugs so much. Perhaps the best part of the album is that you can go from song to song and expect to like the next song, showing great consistency.
Track Listing
1. Broken Loneliness - 8.5/10
Powerful and emotional
2. Fire of Desire - 8/10
If you dont sing "Fire of Desire!" with the chorus, youre a defective person.
3. Dance - 8.5/10
Simply put, the song makes you want to Dance, which is a bit strange in a metal album
4. Kill Me Your Love - 7.5/10
So incredibly catchy it isn't funny.
5. Nobody Knows the Truth - 8/10
6. Loop Coaster Music - 7.5/10
7. Fly High - 8/10
8. In the Middle - 8/10
For some reason, this song made me want to fly a stealth fighter.
