Born November 17th, 1969 in Fukuoka, Okiayu Ryoutarou is another voice actor/music artist. He works for Aoni Production and had roles in shows like 3x3 Eyes, Bleach, Fruits Basket, and Gundam Seed among many other things.He is one of the four members of a voice actor pop group: "E.M.U." (Entertainment Music Unit). E.M.U. was formed after they all worked together on the video game "Sotsugyou M". None play any instruments in their songs and are all vocalists.

My Thoughts
Okiayu Ryoutarou is a very talented seiyuu. His singing isn’t too bad either. His voice has a very deep, mysterious quality that works with upbeat rock songs. His ballad songs are just okay, but you can’t blame that guy too much since he’s not making the music.
