Profile

Seemingly many of the band members were also of the band Penicillin. It all started when Hakuei started talking about a new project with his friend, Chisato. The name was apparently a misspelling, but that was corrected. In 1999, they released a demo, and soon after started working on singles. After some releases, although they weren’t taken as highly as Penicillin’s were, had moderate success.

They split up in 2002, and got back together in 2004.

My Thoughts

Machine is a interesting band. The background music is pretty good. I find the vocals rather rough and creepy though. I think if this band changed their vocals around a bit, they would be much more popular today. This is one band, I am just not excited to listen to.
