Born in Tokyo on November 24th 1984, KNOWZ DADA ROAR (Kouji Tsujimura) made his amature debut in 2006 when he participated in the Gwangiu Youth Music Festival in Korea in 2006. Over 40 amature artists from around asia participated in the festival, and he got the Semi Grand Prix Award, along with high praise for his rock vocals, guitar playing and overall performance from those who watched. He then started his MySpace in 2007 and gained 6000 friends before he even made his debut. KDR also released his first album, "Irresponsible Platonism", in August of that year, through UK PROJECT, and is currently touring in Japan.1-5
Thoughts
At first, I didn’t think I’d like KNOWZ DADA ROAR, but he is in fact quite an interesting artist with a varied musical style; from acoustic rock ballads to upbeat disco/pop rock to jazzy/swing influenced songs. His personality also comes through in his music and PVs/live clips and he seems quite a charasmatic performer His voice is also good and I think he has the potential to develop into an even better artist in the future.Click to read/add your opinion!
