The Japanese punk band ketchup mania was formed in 1999 by members Hiro, Dai, FanFan and Massshii as support guitarist. The following year Katoosan joined as guitarist and the band made their first release, "Sun Set Glow". Their first mini album, titled "Strong Music Story", was released in February of 2001.
The same year, members FanFan and Dai left the band, but Dai soon returned. In 2005 Yosei joined as drummer and the band signed to the major label Universal Music. Their first full album was released in the first half of 2006.

ketchup mania is a fun band to listen to. Their songs tend to be on the short side, but are always very energetic, upbeat, and fun to listen to. I think both pop and rock fans will enjoy this band.Click to read/add your opinion!
