Profile
For some of you who are older and have followed Japanese music, youll probably have heard of Bow Wow, Loudness, and a few others, but youd probably have also heard of Jurassic Jade, Shellshock, and Rose Rose. Not quite as old as Bow Wow, they still have had a huge influence on modern thrash metal. On top of that, their harsh vocals are also done by a female...
They started in 1985 and their first mini-album "Live At Explosion" was released. Their popularity grows and 1987 they participare in a split album, "Skull Thrash Zone Volume?" and also release another mini-album. In 1987, their first album, "War By Proxy", is released and catapults their success. To this day theyre still together and still releasing classic thrash albums which deserve all the respect theyve ever been given.

Thoughts
Jurassic Jade is a heavy metal that focuses on harsh vocals and the guitars. I gotta give props to Nob, because his guitar skills are amazing! Haya and Hizumi do fairly good jobs as well. The only problem is that you cant really hear the bass player. Everyone else seems to cover him up in the songs which is a bit of a shame. If you like harsh metal though, you need to check this band out!
