JAM Project short for Japan Animation song Makers was formed July 19, 2000 in Japan by famous 1970’s theme song artist Ichiro Mizuki. Their focus is on producing theme songs for animes and well as video games. Every member of the band are well known musicians who work in the anime and video game fields. Their sound consists of many genres of music such as heavy metal, j-rock and rock.
The group is well known for their Super Robot Wars video game themes. Currently they are producing music for live-action animes such as GARO and Tokusatsu.

Thoughts
JAM Project is hit and miss for me. Depending on the vocalist, songs range from heart beat pumping paces to being just plain cheesy. Often times it depends on the vocalist being featured. Masami Okui is a great vocalist for this project, but some of the others sound aweful.Click to read/add your opinion!
