Profile
Husking Bee is a J-Rock band. Their releases include Grip (1996), Put on Fresh Paint (1999), The Sun and the Moon EP (2000), and Four Color Problem (2001), distributed in the US by Doghouse Records.
Their sound is very similar to that of the American band Taking Back Sunday, with their dual emotionally charged vocalists, and impressive (though not quite strikingly original) musicianship of the members: Tekkin on bass, Isson on guitar and vocals, and Leona on drums. The rhythm section thrives in this band, able to create atmosphere with its own frantic, punchy playfulness.
Update: Husking Bee has broke up. To honor Husking Bee, several bands came together to create a tribute album which was released March 21, 2007.

Thoughts
Husking Bee is a great punk rock band. One of their vocalist has a deep husky voice similar to the vocalist from The Mass Missile. Their other vocalist has a high pitched voice that for some reason reminds me of the vocals from the anime Beck :) Together, both vocalists bring some unique sounds which gives this band a lot of variety. Their songs also have nice beats and rhythms. The song
Just a Beginning below almost sounds as though they used some accoustic guitars and bass. Enjoy :)
