Thai brothers Golf (real name Pichaya Nitipaisalkul) born on February 20, 1987 and Mike (real name Pirath Nitipaisalkul) born on December 19,1989 are one of Thailand as well as Japans most popular pop duo.In 2002 they joined the G-Junior project. Trained singers, dancers and actors, GOLF&MIKE made their big debut in the music scence in November of 2005 with their self titled album.
In February of 2006 they won their first award, Seed Most Popular Artist of the Year at the 2006 Seed Awards. The following month they performed their first live, Golf-Mike Let’s Bounce Concert, at the Thunder Dome in front of 5,000 fans.
In June of 2006 they won the Best Breakthrough Artist award from the Channel [V] Thailand Music Video Awards. Soon after they joined Johnny’s Entertainment and became members of first ever international unit known as Kitty GYM with popular J-Pop artist, Tomohisa Yamashita. Their first single Fever To Future became the official supporter for the Women’s Volleyball World Grandprix as well as ranking number one on the Oricon music charts.
Golf and Mike teamed up at the end of August with G-Junior boys Chin, Guy, Happy, Madiow, J, Nut, Ken, and Ice forming a group called G-JR. They released one album titled 10 Club.
On October 7 G-JR put on a live at the Impact Arena called The Show Must Go On Concert By Golf-Mike & Friends. Later that month the group won the Popular Vote New Band award from the Virgin Hitz Awards 2006.
After promotion for the 10 Club album was complete the brothers returned to the studio and began working on their next special album, 365 Days With Golf-Mike which inluded the hit, Kaub Khun Young Noi Pai.
During the promotion of the new album they also began production on their One By One album. On March 13 Golf & Mike were voted by Thailand’s Entertainment Reporter Association the Star Entertainment Awards of 2007 as Best Group.
Golf and Mike are currently working on promoting their One By One album and as well as singles for Johnny’s Entertainment which are due to be released this year.

Golf&Mike are a talented pop duo. Their music is a bit simplistic, but has catchy melodies that are sure to grab the attention of pop music lovers. Their vocals are pretty good as well. Definitely check this band out!Click to read/add your opinion!
