Profile

Not sure what G.I.S.M. stands for, but it could be: "Guy in Suicidal Motion", "God In The Schizoid Mind", or "Guerrilla Indecdiary Sabotage Mutineer". The band features the guitarist and drummer from Randy Uchida Group (R.U.G.), Randy Uchida being the guitarist, as well as the bassist from Sabbrabells, and the drummer from Crow and Die You Bastard! Considering the success of R.U.G., G.I.S.M. had even greater success. The former R.U.G. drumemr quit and was replaced by Ironfist Tatsushima, and Kanno quit to be replaced by Kiichi. Ultimately, the band split up and Randy Uchida passed away, tragically (Rest In Peace). Later, the vocalist Sakevi released a solo mini album on Beast Arts in 2004 under the name S.K.V.

My Thoughts

I don’t like G.I.S.M. at all. The lyrics are pretty dark and there are lots of harsh vocals. There’s something different about the vocals though. They are almost too harsh and become intimidating to listen to.
