Defiled was formed in Tokyo, 1992. Hoping to create a technical and brutal sound, the band began working on songs right away. In 1994, they self-financed the released of their first mini album titled "Defeat of Sanity". The mini album recieved a lot of praise, and Defiled began to play opening acts for bands like Cannibal Corpse. By 1998, Defiled had toured the United States with Incantation and Japan with Testament, Morbid Angel, Vader and Arch Enemy.1999 proved to be a huge year for Defiled. The band released their first full length album, "Erupted Wrath" with the US company Nightfall/Terrorizer Records. Defiled was also invited to play at Milwaukee's Metalfest and New Jersey's Metal Meltdown!
Over the years, Defiled has began to work more closely with US and European Record Companies, recording the albums "Ugliness Revealed" and "Divination". The band has toured the US several times and performed in over 19 countries in Europe with the Norweigan band Mayhem.
Defiled is currently working on new songs and future plans for another huge tour.

Thoughts
I was rather surprised to find that Defiled’s music was rather ordinary. The music tends to consist mainly of heavy drumming and bass lines, in accompianment with harsh vocals. If they could bring more variety into their songs, they would be much better.Click to read/add your opinion!
