Profile
Changeup was formed in the Fall of 1997 by the vocalist Satoshi in Chiba.
Before that time, the members were in three different bands.
After experiencing some success on the SKA scene with their lives, they
released their first single a year after their formation and their first
album came two years after that. From that point on, they embarked on their
first nationwide tour.
Unfortunately for them, two members left in the Spring of 2001, but that did
not seem to deter Changeup for they released their second single months
after and completed their second tour.
Since then, they have worked with many popular bands, including the Korean
Punk band No Brain and the American band Sum 41. They have also toured
America and experiencing varying success.

Thoughts
Change Up is a very amusing band. Their PVs are hilarious and often make fun of the band members. You can definitely tell that this is a band that enjoys what they do. Their music tends to be very upbeat, and sounds like a mixture of punk and ska. Overall, they are pretty good. The only thing they really need to work on is their English.
