Profile

Bubblesweet, a seven person band, started out with just four in February of 2000 playing at raves and focusing mainly on Nagano City. It wasn’t until two years later that their fifth member joined and January of 2005 when the group officially became seven.

Today, even though the bulk of their performing has been in Nagano City, their popularity is beginning to grow having released three full albums since their beginning.

Thoughts

Bubblesweet is a very low key, laid back rock band. Their lyrics incorporate some English and the vocals are very soft and gentle. In addition, the instrumental parts are very simple and soft. I think its a bit too soft and doesn’t really portray the musicians talent. A bit disapointing.
