BOWL first formed at the end of 2001 with three members. In 2002 the group moved to Tokyo and their bass player officially joined the band. That March, they played their first lives in Shibuya. By November, their first major mini-album "Up" was released. It was incredibly successfuly and ranked #3 on Tower Records chart! At the same time, BOWL also created the opening theme to a TV music program called "Hot Wave"! BOWL has continued to be very successful. In 2005, the song 99% was chosen to open the anime Yu-Gi-Oh GX!

My Thoughts

I just started listening to BOWL, but I think they have a great future ahead of them! They play a lot of classic rock songs that have a lot of energy and power. The vocals are also quite good! Definitely check this band out!
