Bloodthirsty Butchers began in 1987, in Sapporo, Hokkaido. The members consist of Hideki Yoshimura (Vocals and Guitar), Masahiro Komatsu (Drums), and Takeshi Imoriya (Bass). HisakoTabuchi (Guitar) joined them later on in 2003.

Their music is said to have moved people deeply and left an impression instantly. "They create miraculous world of their own".

They know people like Jeff Beck, and it was said that they were even asked by Rage Against The Machine to play a joint concert when Rage was playing in Japan, summer of 2000.

Their future plans include going overseas to perform.

My Thoughts

Blood Thirty Butchers is a interesting band. Their songs are different in that they lack a real chorus section that you hear countless times in bands around the world. Another odd thing is that they cover up the vocals way too much with their instruments. I think it really hurts their songs. Overall they seem like a average band in quality, but they really need to work on their vocals and instrumental sections.
