Bianco Nero was first formed in December 2002. They chose the name because it means "White Black" in Italian. The four members met while they were high school (Furukawa was in his last year of Junior High). In August 2003, they released their first Indies Mini-Album titled "Even".

In 2005, Bianco Nero was able to get a contract with J Universal Music. They released their first official album titled "kunroku" and also participated in the OST for the show "Banishment". Since then, they have released 3 new singles and have another one coming up in April!

Thoughts

Bianco Nero is a fairly new rock band and a lot of their songs have an "outdoors, country" feel to them. It is quite similar to some of HY’s earlier songs minus the rapper ;) Overall, they are off to a good start. The use of two main vocalists is a great touch and adds a lot of variety to their songs. I think they will get even better as they gain more experience.
