Attack Haus, the five person j-rock band consisting of three vocalists, guitar, drums, and programming, first came onto the j-music scene in February of 2002. They were not always 5 people, though. The formation, occurred in Oct 2001 thanks to Masashi and Makko (the other three came in part to the record company). The name is half English half German: Attack is of course English, and Haus is German for "House".

The group did not gain recognition until they lent one of their songs to be the opening for the anime series Otogizoushi. With that, they released their first full album which is self-titled.

My Thoughts

Attack Haus is a good jrock band. Their music has a great rock beat to it. The vocals are an octave higher than most rock singers. In some songs the vocals sound excellent, but others are just okay. Overall though, Attack Haus is a nice rock group to listen to.
